38 candidates have been admitted to the competition for the position of Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
The selection committee has completed the review of the submitted documents within the competition for the position of Head of the SCS. 38 candidates were admitted to the next stage. Another 4 candidates were rejected due to non-compliance with the requirements of the Customs Code and the terms of the competition.
In particular, the key requirements include: at least 10 years of overall professional experience, at least 5 years of managerial experience and a higher education degree in law or economics.

Burtovyi M. O.
He participated in the competition for the position of Director of the Bureau of Economic Security (BES). He is a senior detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and owns three apartments in Kyiv and a land plot. His wife owns another apartment and 5.3 hectares of land. At the same time, his mother owns more than 60 land plots in Cherkasy region.
Damentsov R. V.
According to MEZHA’s assessment, he was an integrity candidate for the position of Director of the Bureau of Economic Security (BES) and reached the final stage of the competition.
Miroshnichenko M. I.
He participated in the competition for the position of Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP). He publicly stated that he was “shocked” by information about his mother-in-law being brought to administrative liability and about assets registered in her name.
The next stage is testing general skills – will start on January 5, 2026.
