Today, the father of NABU detective Sentyabr Magamedrasulov was released from custody and placed under nighttime house arrest “due to the reduced relevance of keeping him in custody.”
At the moment when the Kyiv Court of Appeals was to consider the appeal against the extension of his arrest, the court was closed due to a mine threat. The same thing happened during the previous hearing concerning the detective himself.
At the same time, Prosecutor General Kravchenko filed a motion with the Pechersk Court to change the preventive measure with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 900+ thousand hryvnia, which is unaffordable for a pensioner. Judge Mykhailo Yushkov agreed to release the father under nighttime house arrest.
In other words, Kravchenko, who personally signed the falsified suspicion against the detective, is now filing a motion to change his father’s preventive measure.
Important: tomorrow at 2:15 p.m., the Kyiv Court of Appeals will hold a hearing on Ruslan Magamedrasulov himself. As expected, the court will again be replaced or the hearing will be postponed for other reasons.
And it seems that Kravchenko is preparing to pull off the same scheme: at the same time, a new motion to change the preventive measure will appear (from the prosecutor general, who personally signed the suspicion).
With this “noble” gesture, the puppet Prosecutor General Kravchenko will try to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes so that no one notices how his chair is shaking beneath him.
Let us remind you that the detective has been in custody for five months after documenting Mindich.
