Oleksandr Fedoryshyn: a customs candidate from the defense sector and the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
Fedoryshyn has ties to Rustem Umerov, also he is head of the state defense enterprise Ukrspecexport, and is entering the competition for the customs post with high-value property and understated prices in his asset declaration.

A 2016 Audi Q7 is registered on the candidate’s mother’s name, while a 2025 Suzuki Vitara is registered in his wife’s father’s name. The total estimated value of the assets is UAH 13.4 million.
Oleksandr Fedoryshyn is a lawyer who built his career in the field of state asset management. He worked at the State Property Fund, the authority responsible for managing state-owned enterprises, conducting privatization, and overseeing the leasing of state property.
At the State Property Fund, he served as a deputy to Rustem Umerov and, following Umerov’s appointment as Minister of Defense, temporarily assumed the role of Acting Head of the Fund.
