Candidate for the position of Head of the State Customs Service – Viktor Denysovets is the chief specialist of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission in the Volyn region. He tried to find himself in politics, in particular, in the Party of Regions. He caused a traffic accident while intoxicated, his family is engaged in growing blueberries, craft jam, and fashion, although he declares income from entrepreneurial activity of 1 UAH for 2024.
In 2010, Denisovets ran for the regional council from the Party of Regions and was its member.
In 2021, the Lutskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast found Denisovets guilty of causing a traffic accident and driving under the influence of alcohol. He received a UAH 10,000 fine and suspension of driving license for one year
In 2024, Denisovets was caught driving under the influence again, this time the case was closed due to the “lack of elements of the offense”.
Wife’s business: 231 hectares and 1 hryvnia of income from blueberries, jam and honey.
The candidate’s wife rents 12 land plots with a total area of 231.9 hectares. Denisovets himself owns 3 more land plots. At the same time, the officially declared income of his wife from entrepreneurial activity is ridiculous:
2024 – 1 UAH;
2023 – 12,000 UAH;
2021-2022 – 0 UAH.
231 hectares of land, actual economic activity (which is visible on the ground and on the family’s social networks) – UAH 12,001 of income for three years.
The wife is not registered as an individual entrepreneur, is not a member of legal entities. The format of the activity, accounting for income and payment of taxes are under great question.
