The Draft law On The Principles Of Restoration Of Ukraine

The analytical brief was prepared by the NGO Center for Democratic Transformation “Mezha” (hereinafter referred to as “Mezha”) as part of the Transparent and Accountable Reconstruction Project.

This brief was prepared based on the analysis of the draft law “On the Principles of Restoration of Ukraine”, the results of monitoring the use of funds from the Fund for Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, the analysis of the activities of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development, and discussions regarding the draft Concept of Updating the Architecture of Planning Documents, among other sources.

Based on the analysis, the main shortcomings and gaps of the draft law were identified, and recommendations were made for their elimination.
